We provide construction-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Supply of primary and recycled aggregates

  • Skip hire and roll-on/roll-off containers

  • Muck away services

  • Tipper and grab hire

  • Hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal

All services are subject to availability and acceptance of an order by us.

3. Quotations and Orders

3.1 All quotations are provided on a non-binding basis and are valid for a period specified in the quotation or, if not specified, for 30 days.

3.2 An order is only deemed accepted when confirmed by us in writing, by email, or by delivery of services or materials.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order. Credit accounts are subject to approval and ongoing review.

4.3 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, together with any reasonable recovery costs.

5. Delivery and Access

5.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access to the delivery site, including adequate space for vehicles and equipment.

5.2 We shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, site conditions, or third-party suppliers.

5.3 Any damage to property caused by restricted access, ground conditions, or instructions provided by the customer shall be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Waste Acceptance and Compliance

6.1 The customer warrants that all waste supplied for removal or disposal is accurately described and classified in accordance with applicable law.

6.2 We reserve the right to refuse collection or disposal of waste that is misdescribed, unsafe, or unlawful.

6.3 The customer shall remain liable for any additional costs, penalties, or losses arising from incorrect waste classification or non-compliance.

7. Cancellations and Variations

7.1 Cancellations or variations to orders must be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

7.2 We reserve the right to charge cancellation or abortive delivery fees where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity.

8.3 Our total liability in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total charges paid by the customer for the relevant services.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, industrial disputes, government action, severe weather, or failure of suppliers.
